Abstract:
This paper utilizes the deform-3d to simulate extrusion process for cylinder of hydraulic pressure lock.It studies the dummy velocity field of the forming metal and describes the stress and strain of metal.It also analyses the loading curve in deforming process.The purpose of the study is to reveal the forming regulation that contributes to the improvement of design.Related experiments are also given in this paper.
