Abstract：

The technologic property and working procedure of the driver of the automobile fan are analyzed,and the structure,character and working principle of the mold are described.Its plate is composed of fixed part and telescopic mobile part.The float plate block and slide block are controlled by the two-way wedge and located by the ringer.So it can meet the requirement of the accuracy of horizontal and vertical pressure and quality of the part.The float localizer presses the rubber and works as the ejector,so it simplifies the die structure.
