Abstract:
The process analysis,device selection and layout of a forging line of railway rolling stock axle are introduced.The furnace structure is stepping,and the forging device is an 8000kN hydraulic press made in China.This production line improves the forging quality,raises productivity and ameliorates the working conditions with lower investment.Meanwhile,this production line realizes the computerized network management.
