Abstract:
The spiral groove of pipe is formed by press die.For the special shape and production process of the crankshaft shell,it is difficult to design the die.Using the float positioning mechanism,the crankshaft shell can be fixed well in the die.Using inclined wedge and inclined slide block mechanism,the spiral groove of pipe is formed.(Using) cylinder aided inclined wedge and inclined slide block mechanism,the forming female die can be fixed and repositioned well in the die.The forming dimensions are given.
