Abstract:
The shrink shape for thin tube with little shrink rate and bigger thickness difference in the distortion generally demands more working procedures.In this paper,a mould structure for shrinking and upsetting by partly heated and shaping technology are put forward,with which the workpiece can obtain maximal distortion and part thickness needed in a working procedure and the degree of metal distortion can increase to 2 or 2.5 times.Mould configuration and shaped principle are simply analyzed,and the primary technical options and questions which need to be noticed in production are pointed out.The experience shows that this mould configuration and shaping process are simple and reliable and have a certain use reference to shaped process and mould design of the similar workpiece.
