Abstract:

Plastic-deformation theory is employed to investigate the process of pipe bending with small bending radius.In this paper,stresses in the bend,wall thickness change,shrinking rate at the tube section,deviation of neutral axis,bending moment,and flattening have been analyzed.The relatively bending radius impact on every craft parameter has been probed and provided the simple and convenient method for the calculated bending craft of pipe.
