Abstract：

We build the three-dimension numerical model for the automobile's side frame outer panel by the CAD software,UG and translate it into the DYNAFORM for building its FEM model;then we analyze some influencing factors to stamping through simulation,which indude blank size,pressure-pad-force,material parameter's n and r,finally,We offer the proper blank size and material parameters.
