Abstract:

With the FEA software ANSYS,the coupling model of coupling the pressure-prestress-heat stress flat container of three-layer is built using the physical environment approach.The results show that the presence of the thermal stress hasa great influence on the distributing of the equivalent stress of the flat container.The thermal stress can lower down the maximal equivalent stress effectively,but it cannot change the stress distribution.Pressure prestress and thermal stress affect the flat container at the same time,so it is necessary to consider the coupling of the pressure-prestress-thermal stress.The physical environment approach give the approval of the flexibility for coupling analysis,and the support for the design of shrink-fitting and structural optimization of flat container.
