Abstract:
Springback is one of the key defects in plate forming,which must be solved in stamping because it affects forming quality.The plate springback matter during the processes of multi poiut forming are simuiated and studies based on explicit-implicit algorithm.taking the column and sphercal workpiece as the example.Dynamic-explicit formulation is employed to analyze the forming processes and the implicit algorithm formulation is used to analyze unloading processes.The Mises' Bilinear isotropic hardening model is applied to simulated the springback processes with different thickness and different curvature and analyze the factors which have effect on the springback.Results indicate that springback ratios is smaller when the thickness and the curvature are bigger.
