Abstract:
Green manufacturing is an advanced mode of modern manufacturing.In order to reduce the resource expenditure and environment pollution effectively,the architecture of green manufacturing in stamping process is established in this article.Two aims,three contents and two levels of realizing green manufacturing are researched in stamping process.Then,the resource(such as raw materials,equipment and energy sources) expenditure and environment(such as solid,liquid,gas castoff and yawp pollution) effect in stamping process are analyzed in detailed.Finally,the TOPSIS method is adopted to evaluate the green manufacturing process of stamping.The instance shows that the TOPSIS method is feasible in evaluating the green degree.
