Abstract:
This paper establishes a mathematic modle of material and draws up a warm deformation mathematical model based on stress-strain data of magnesium alloy of AZ31 gaining from isothermal compression experiment on Gleeble-1500 thermal-mechnical analogy testing machine.Applying finite element method,the extrusion deforming of thin walled tube of magnesium alloy of AZ31 is simultated.The deforming performance of semifinished materials is put onto the material data base of MSC-Superform by the way of mathematical model.It emphatically discusses the factors of deforming speed,temperature,lubrication and shape of mould,etc.and offers the scientific reference basis for extrusion defoming in this kind of work.
