Abstract:
It is very trivial to deploy the reducible elbow pipe approximately to gain the actual length in the drawing geometry & arithmetic way of traditional methods.To build up the mathematics model is difficult.It is easy to make mistakes in the process for sheet metal,leading to the transition part for the deployment of the horizontal drawing and curve drawing and transition lines are not accurate.So the sheet metal will have errors,deformation and inflection glossiness weak in the sheet metal process.According to the Law of the public tangent,the mathematics model of the deploy drawing is put forward by the mathematics induced to develop the twice imbedded in AutoCAD,compile the calculating and drawing program,realize the CAD and processing automation.After being used,the specimen of sheet metal proves that it is truly accurate and reliable.The transition part of specimen is glossy and the changed part size is also accurate.Contrast to hand-drawings,the compiled calculating and drawing program is simple and easy to be applied and can increase the productivity greatly and lower the technician labor tension.
