Abstract:
As a part of the research on the tube bending deformation,the study on the back-bounding of tube bending is carried out based on lots of experiments.By making use of the deforming relation along the tangential direction of bending line and the direction of the tube-wall thickness,the approximate calculating formula of bending back-bounding corner based on the unloading of deformation in outboard material of bending tube is deduced.Moreover,the condition of deformation and the property of material mechanics that influence the back-bounding of tube bending are briefly analyzed.
