Abstract:
Based on the pure cutting deformation mechanism of fine blanking,combining with the idea of common compound die punching technology,a new forming process of the pressure rotor and fender ring is put forward.And adopting the simulation software Deform-3D,a simulation of the pivotal forming step is executed,which is used to optimize the parameters of die structure.At last,it is proved physically and brings eligible products.The new technology researched in this subject is a combined application in the field of fine blanking and sheet punching,as well as a try of technology innovation in some other domains.Synchronously,the actualization of the new technology increases the material ratio,reduces manufacture cost,and brings vast economical efficiency.
