Abstract:
The key technologies of digitized design for cross wedge rolling mould are introduced which include digital feature modeling,knowledge-based design,concurrent engineering,reverse engineering, and virtual design.Feature-based modeling for manufacture and feature-based for performance analyze are put forward at the same time.Knowledge-based engineering is used to show the cases of cross wedge rolling mould and to discover rules among them.Concurrent engineering is adopted to actualize concurrent between design and analysis,and that between design and manufacture.Virtual design is introduced to constitute virtual environment of cross wedge rolling mould to perform virtual assembly and virtual manufacture.
