Abstract:
Optimum blank is necessary to improve product quality and reduce production cost. To design blank of the part of simple shape, the inverse finite element method is of high reliability. But to design blank of automobile panel with draw bead and big allowance,just inverse method is not appropriate. This paper uses inverse finite element method combined with forward finite element method to design blank of automobile panel, and proves its rationality by physical simulation.
