Abstract：

This paper elaborates program structure and key development technologies of the automatic design system for roll forging blanking die, which takes calculation method as its designing idea. A designing sample finished by three passes using this software for the roll forging blanking die is given. This system has been proved out in actual manufacture and has got a good result.
