Abstract:
Because elastic cushions are used in stretching based on multi-point die, the springback in this process is different from that in traditional solid die stretching process. The influence of pre-stretching and sheet metal thickness on springback is analyzed by ABAQUS software. The stretching processes are simulated when pre-stretching is 0.5%、0.75%、1% and thickness is 1mm、1.5mm、2mm. Numerical simulation results show that with the increase of pre-stretching, the springback on stretched parts decreases and with the increase of sheet metal's thickness, the springback decreases.
