Abstract：

This paper introduces a CAPP system that is developed by VB6.0、Access 2003、SolidWorks2004,based on the cold rotary forging of the straight-cone gear. This paper can automatically create the process chart and manage the process information. Thus the design efficiency has been greatly increased.
