Abstract：

The exhaust valves of diesel engine on ships,airplanes and tanks are mainly made of Nimonic 80A by forging.This kind of material possesses excellent heat-resistant property,high strength and large resistance to deformation at high temperature,so it is very difficult to be deformed.A practical forging process in a die was put forward in present paper.
