Abstract:
2-D optimum stock layout is widely used in engineering field.Though people have done a lot of research on the stock layout problem and made some achievements,they can't find a general and standard way to solve it yet.With the improvement of all kind of optimum calculation and continuous perfection of 2-D optimum stock layout software,the result of stock layout becomes more and more ideal,to some extent,it can meet the practical needs of production.However,simply depending on the improvement of some caudation or solution of 2-D optimum stock layout can not fulfill the needs of production completely.It has also been testified on practice.This thesis tries to find a way to solve it as a whole.It introduces the problems which happen in the course of its application and therefore,it puts forward a technique that using database to synthesize the algorithm for the nesting of 2-D parts in 2-D sheets so that it can improve utilization ratio of the materials and sequentially reach the goal of controlling the productive cost.It gives the detailed introduction of its composition and operation process.
