Abstract:
Steel-Aluminium contacting rail is the main part of the city railway power supply system.Adopting the method of combining the stainless steel strip with Al-alloy for the rail and the surface of the rail using stainless steel,the anti abrasiveness can be improved.Forming process for over thick stainless steel strip of the contacting rail is the key point and is also a technical difficulty to be solved.Through the analysis and comparison of structure steel-Al composition conductor,selected materials,material shearing,forming and rivet processes etc.,the qualified stainless steel strip is roll extruded and the requirement for the combined contacting surface is met.
