Abstract:
Aiming at the radial precision forging of Titanium alloy tube of TC4,based on its technical characteristic,the simplified modeling is done.Using the FEM software Deform 3D simulates the process of the titanium tube radial precision forging.By the Stress and strain distribution characteristic during deformation,its forging characteristic is analyzed.The velocity distribution of the blank is used to analyze the process of the deformation.The forging force is predicted by the stroke-force curve,which has a great significance to the real manufacture.The bearing force of the die is analyzed,that is helpful to the prediction of the die service life.Based on this result,the trial-manufacture is carried out whose product is of good quality.
