Abstract:

According to the mechanics property of the beryllium bronze and the structure of the part,the forming characteristics of the bending part is analyzed.Since the part is thin,multi-direction bending and springback is large,it is very difficult to decide the springback law using the usual compensation method.It is not easy to get a reasonable die correction size,however,the way that the beryllium bronze part carried through solution treatment before bending and aging treatment after bending is an effective solution to solve the problem of springback after stamping.In this paper,we adopt the heat treatment method to design the die structure.The result shows that it is an effective way to control the springback using the heat treatment method.
