Abstract:
This paper analyzes the super plastic forming features and makes the comparison of the advantages and shortcomings between process schemes for large Titanium alloy parts.Economical and reliable technological process is determined.The structure and main design points of the die are introduced in detail.It is proved that using super plastic forming by inner heating product of large size is an easy and simple practice,which can not only reduce the cost of die making but also improve the product's quality.It is worth to be recommended.
