Abstract:
For the current situation and disadvantages of strain measuring for sheet metal forming,a digital camera based strain measuring system has been set up in this paper.Meanwhile,on the fundamental of imaging operating and measuring,the software system with a main concern of imaging pre-operating,bi-value imaging demarcating and measuring have been developed.Through practical application,the effectiveness of this system has been evaluated.
