Abstract:
BP based ANN system is used to predict the bending angle and maximum temperature of metal sheet during laser forming Inputs to this system are as follows: laser power, spot diameter, scan speed, thickness and width of the sheet This system is also used as the numerical solver in process optimization, the results show that it can be applied to optimal design of process variables in laser forming of 08F sheet
