Abstract:
A systematic study is presented on the control method of close loop pressure control system in hydrodynamic deep drawing equipment. Firstly, the model of the controlled object is built up. Then, the controller is designed for pressure close loop system by the method of frequency domain analysis and compensation. The controller is applied in the actual equipment and is improved according to the actual response. It has been proved in the experiment that the improved controller is easy to be realized and will ensure satisfactory pressure control performance.
