A detailed way of repairing surface wear of mould blade with blade weld technique is put forward in this paperThe prepared procedure before welding, welding rod choose,welding control and machining method after welding are introducedAt the same time, the blade welding flaw is analyzed and the way of avoiding flaw is brought forwardAnother applied technique of repairing the disable cold pressing mould is introduced,which will bring a great applied value to the medium and small size enterprises to reduce the manufacture cost and cycle of the mould production
