Abstract：

Firstly, the key technology and process for end closure of clutch are analyzed in this paper. Then, the manufacturing process of key part, reasonable process technique and mould structure are designed on the base of analysis, comparison and calculation of various forming means. Both the application of mould and the quality of the production are satisfactory.
