Abstract:
In order to determine the optimal processing parameters for a door sheet metal, in this paper the entire drawing process is simulated by the special sheet metal FEM simulation analysis software Dynaform. Using the orthogonal experiment method, at last the best results are obtained within a minimum of experiment numbers. The results are used for the mold manufacturing and the debugging. The research saves one-third of the time and cost for die tryouts.
