Abstract:
Analyzing the left/right parts' features of fender groupware,the rational forming process is determined.And using the finite element software Dynaform based on explicit algorithm,the drawing process is analyzed.In order to determine the dimension of blank,the influence of different shape of blank in the drawing process is studied.Compared with the FLD diagrams and the distribution diagrams of strain,the blank is adjusted and eventually the optimized blank is obtained.Thus the good quality product is got.
