Abstract:
The effect of cycle?temperature and material state on mechanical properties of the L2 pure aluminum are investigated in the paper. The results indicate that the tensile strength, yield strength and Vickers microhardness increase with cycle, after 10 cycles they reach 190.44MPa,152.27MPa and 49.3 respectively. The strength of material that is ARB processed at ambient temperature is higher than that at 250~(o),but elongation is lower.Strengthening abilities of half hardened and fully annealed L2 pure aluminum is the same, but strengthening extent of half hardened L2 pure aluminum is lower than that of fully annealed L2 pure aluminum.
