Abstract:
Based on a simple part, a numerical simulation research of fine blanking technology is presented. The material flow of fine blanking process is exhibited directly on computer. The stress & the strain field of the deformed material as well as the criteria of finite element autoremeshing are analyzed carefully. The research result is benefit for the optimal design of the fine blanking process & the dies. Furthermore, it will promote the development of fine blanking technology.
