Abstract:
The difficulties and the measures to make such a complicated fine blanking part with all sides bending are analyzed in details in this paper. then,a reasonable combined fine blanking process and the corresponding progressive fine blanking die. are developed. The die not only ensure the functions and the precisions of the manufactured parts, but also improve the material utilization in the production. The work shown here is of much value for domestic companies to make such kinds of fine blanking parts.
