Abstract：

In order to make the situation much clearer, this paper analyzes the present condition of the molding tool industry and developing trend in China based on many comprehensive references. Meanwhile, it brings up some new concepts and ideas for reforming, rebuilding and adjusting the molding tool enterprise .
