Abstract：

The Rapid Prototyping & Manufacturing technology of sheet metal forming without die comes out freshly. According to the theory of “Layered Manufacturing”, the thesis designs a new computer control system based on PMAC controller. The hardware and the software architecture of the computer control system are introduced in great detail.
