Abstract:
In the paper,an extrusion forming of automobile starter gear is introduced,which could not be machined and is also difficult to be formed by plastic formingThe gear is an involute small module gear with addendum modification, and internal surface of the gear is of complex shape with five pelatsMeeting the needs of markets and improving comprehensive function of automobiles, the high efficiency precision forming technology and process method of single step chipless-forming for internal surface and external gear tooth is put forward based on analysis,study and repeated testsAt the same time, a set of high accuracy dies with simple novel structure and long service life is designed and manufacturedBased on producing the complex shape gear, the advantage of the method has been verified which are of high material utilization ratio and production efficiency as well as high accuracyThe social and economical efficiency is remarkableFor this reason, the method is profitable reference for producing the same type of complex shape gear
