Abstract:
In this paper,the 3D elastic-plastic deformation mechanical model of TC4 alloy tube flow forming is established by FEM software MSC.Marc.3D deformation pattern picture,the stress and strain of tube surface and regularities of distribution of spinning force during the process of three-roller synchronous hot backward spinning are investigated.It has an important guidance purpose for optimizing spinning technology of TC4 tube and scientific prediction of deficiency.
