Abstract：

The effects of the forming parameters on the spinning force of the one\|path deep drawing spinning of cups are analyzed in this paper. The forming parameters used for the experiment were: the rotating speed of the mandrel n , characteristics of the material, the feed rate of the roller f , the nominal drawing ratio m , and the relative clearance between the roller and the mandrel C , etc. The results show that the spinning force is affected in varying degrees by all of the forming parameters except n , and the variation characters of the spinning force are also affected by the necking phenomena accruing on the workpiece during deformation.
