Abstract：
|

Putting forward the precision cold extrusion technology to manufacture the brass primer cup with small and deep stage;the extruded primer cup can be satisfied with the requirement of primer cup,besides that a little working allowance are remained in the end of the extruded primer cup. Because of strain hardening, the extruded primer cup has higher strength and enough toughness. Thus the expansion and cracking of primer cup can be avoided in the use of the extruded primer cup.
