Abstract:
The hot hammer forging process design system is systematically investigated, and the enabling techniques for parting line automatic selection and billet shape automatic design under solidworks environment are proposed. This sequence design diagram for long forging parts is regressed to a multinomial so that it can directly be incorporated into the CAD system. Case studies show that the proposed methods help to improve the process design efficiency.
