Abstract:
According to the large deformation theory and the assumption of ideal forming, the formulae and FE expressions of the one\|step approach, which can be used to analyze the forming process of complex deep drawn parts is presented. Based on this approach and two material models that are of the isotropy rigid\|plasticity material and thickness anisotropy rigid\|plasticity material, the stress and strain distributions in the forming process of a complex deep\|drawn part are fully studied, meanwhile the initial blank of the complex deep drawn part is also optimized.
