Abstract:
A process research on spinning complex circumgyration sheet metal is carried out and studied based on powerful spinning and conventional spinning.A series of contrast experiments are carried out including attaching mold、tube thickness、spinning sequence、flaw,etc.The conclusion shows that the powerful spinning and conventional spinning both exist in complex circumgyration spinning.And conventional spinning acts well as the key factor under no attaching mold condition,which can also reduce superfluity mold equipments with a very economical effect.The process plan synthetically applies powerful spinning and conventional spinning to reduce manufacturing cost and improve machining efficiency.
