Abstract:
Explosive expanded sphere is an advanced technology for forming thin-wall spherical shell.Through the analysis of the data obtained during the explosive expansion for making thin-wall multi-segment cone-sill spherical shell and the comparison of the experimental results,the authors find the structural factors which affecting forming accuracy.The authors also suggest the measures for improving the forming accuracy.This paper opens up an effective way for making thin-wall spherical shell parts.
