Abstract:
In the paper, taking a forging's cracking as on example, the reasons why the forging's crack is formed are analyzed and studied comprehensively on all aspects of material such as,the property, parts processing technology, forging methods, and heat\|treatment technology, etc. The basic methods and measures to solve the problems mentioned above are put forward, the internal relations among the related working procedures of forging's cracking are revealed, and the working procedure problems which should be paid attention to are pointed out for ensuring the forging's quality
