Abstract：

This paper analyses the working principle and controlling characteristic of the plate cutting machines.Based on adopting the original relay-contactor control system,it uses FX2N—32MR PLC as a controller to design the controlling system of plate cutting machines,including the hardware circuit and software program.Practical result shows that the design is reasonable for its high reliability and good practicability.
