Abstract：

Along with the progress of science and technology,the comprehensive technology is being applied widely.Applying the modern test technology in the tradition instrumentation equipment of the force processing field may not only fully excavate the equipment application potential,but also may accurately gain the tentative data quickly by making use of the advanced test method.This article introduces the developed multi-function data acquisition and the control system considering the force processing characteristic.The system combines the tradition measuring instrument with the imported US the measuring instrument using the marketed LabVIEW graphics programming software which has perfect function at the present to carry out the secondary development according to the specialized characteristic.This system is advantageous for the shifting,the universal connection,simple operation and the reliable performance.The traditional electronic stretcher,material testing machine,general press,cup raised testing machine,etc.can be used together.Like sheet forming intelligence control,this system has the open-loop control function.The system is being very effective for two years field application.
