Abstract:
China has become the largest country in produce and consumption of sanitary wares at present.However,in the domestic ceramic enterprises,manual modeling is still widely applied in the developing process of the mould of sanitary wares.This mode of craft workshop-based mould manufacture has become the bottleneck of ceramic enterprise's further development.In this paper,the authors study and discuss mould CAD system for sanitary products based on UG software,and take the gypsum mould of closestool as an example,describe the technology of OOD and concrete realizing method of program based on UG software.On the basis of combining the further development technology of UG software and production technology of the gypsum mould together,the authors develop the special-purpose toilet mould CAD system that is based on software Unigraphics for the first time at home.It's a development and practice of the professional application of CAD technology,and is helpful for realizing the informationized production of toilet moulds manufacturing industry.
