Abstract:
The increasing demand for IT products and its development direction toward "light,thin,short and small" create many difficulties for designing and manufacturing the precise progressive die of the IT products,which blocks the development situation of IT industry.Aiming at the characteristic of Ultrathin,microsize,high precision,difficult forming and large batch production of IT products,this paper discusses the key technologies for precise progressive die of the IT products,such as the design and manufacture of the progressive die,high-speed and high-efficiency industrialization of the IT products and proposes many solutions.To solve this key technology,we must start from the system engineering aspect,considering all influence facts,such as mold design,mold material,mold manufacturing,high speed stamping,increasing mold life roundly,product quality and stamping speed,etc.
